Great news for Windows tablet and phone users who are fond of swiping between pages with the Modern IE on Windows 8.1. The Windows 10 Anniversary Update is expected to be marked with an improved internal Windows build that returns this feature in Microsoft Edge to allow Microsoft enthusiasts for awesome web page navigation like before with Windows 8.1 Modern IE.

Improved Visual Effects and Actual Navigation arrows

According to an article by WinBeta, Microsoft is working and testing on an improved UI as in its predecessor Modern IE on Windows 8.1 with smooth visual effects and actual navigation arrows to slide back and forth between the web page.

The Anniversary Update is scheduled for this summer and will be available for devices with touchscreen on both PCs and smartphones.
